People: Ego? I'm really loads of fun - Andrea

Top Irish model Andrea Roche has been left distraught after becoming the subject of what she calls a "vicious, single-minded hate campaign".
The former Miss Ireland put on a brave face for her appearance on last night's Podge and Rodge show, despite being embroiled in a bitter feud with satirical Irish website blogorrah.com.
The website posted up an "embarrassing" INN radio interview with Andrea when she was competing in the Miss World competition in the Seychelles in 1997.
The infamous interview was also broadcast on Newstalk 106 Breakfast Show yesterday morning with a TV given away to whoever could identify the model's voice.
"It's absolutely humiliating," Andrea told People yesterday. "The interview paints me in such a bad light. People don't realise that I wasn't allowed to talk about the Miss World TV set and that's what they asked me about.
"I was a naive and innocent 20-year-old fresh from Clonmel in a foreign country on her own and they were savvy reporters who took advantage of me.
"That interview was in the papers the following day and now I have to live through the nightmare again," she said.
Stunning Andrea, who is married to City West heir PJ Mansfield added: "After reading some of the hate mail letters on the site yesterday I cried all day. I have contacted my solicitor and we're in the process of getting the interview removed from the site."
Andrea, who juggles her modelling work with a job as a presenter on TV3 and running the Miss Ireland franchise with Assets Model Agency, added: "I hope after the Podge and Rodge show people will realise that I have a good sense of humour and I don't have an ego."
Blogorrah and Newstalk wouldn't comment last night.
Mellow yellow mini draws raves for our Lucy
Coco Chanel once advised that, in fashion, less is more and one up-and-coming Irish designer is taking the icon's words quite literally.
NCAD graduate Lucy Moller has created a stunning mini lemon ruffle-collar chiffon dress that is set to be a key staple in every Irish and UK fashionista's closet next spring.
Life has taken a stylish twist for Lucy since winning the 2006 River Island Design Bursary where she landed a three-month internship at River Island's head office in London last September.
Lucy is now enjoying rave reviews from UK fashion experts for her dress as part of River Island's must-have Spring Summer Collection 2007.
Fashion gurus and media alike have lavished compliments on the intricate rosebud detailing and cut of the dress. The unique and fresh design has received very positive feedback from fashion editors at top publications including Grazia, Happy and Cosmopolitan.
Lucy's dress collection for SS07 also boasts a playful retro feather-printed mini-dress, a classic black all-over sequin shift dress with ruffle neckline detail, and a glamorous one-shoulder gold metallic asymmetric evening dress.
Lucy overcame strong competition back in July with her avant-garde
collection entitled Cut to Kill, to win a paid internship with the popular High Street store.
"Since joining in September, Lucy has proved to be an invaluable asset to our design team," said River Island design director Naomi Dominique
* All the leaves are brown and the sky is grey so Irish songbirds Gemma Hayes (pictured) and Paddy Casey have migrated to Los Angeles to work on their new albums.
Stunning Tipperary born singer Gemma, 28, is no stranger to the City of Angels as she moved there in 2004 to work on her sophomore album 'The Roads Don't Love You'.
However, the album didn't do as well as her debut 'Night On My Side' - co-produced by ex-Frames musician and ex-boyfriend Dave Odlum - for which she received a Mercury Award nomination.
The singer/songwriter has once again drafted in Odlum to add his magic touch for her third album. 'My Bloody Valentine' genius Kevin Shields and BellX1 member Paul Noonan have both lent their talents to Gemma's new work.
"Well, the album is coming together as I had hoped," Gemma writes on her myspace.com website. "It has a mood which it has developed all by itself it seems. It's funny when that happens. It's as if the silence in between the songs is just as potent as the tracks themselves."
Meanwhile, Shirley Temple-haired Paddy Casey is far from California dreamin' and is busy recording his much-anticipated third album in the Golden State.
Casey shot to fame in 1999 with his debut album 'Amen' (so be it) and returned in 2003 with the hugely successful multi-platinum album, 'Living'.
The Saints and Sinners singer is returning home to play two gigs in Limerick and Carlow later this month.
* Actress Lindsay Lohan has been raising eyebrows by partying non-stop since her mum confirmed she's been attending AA meetings.
But according to a new report, the 'Mean Girls' star has only been spotted with glasses of water.
Oh, apart from downing one glass of champagne after an AA meeting.
Great way to celebrate, Lindsay!
* The tuxedo worn by James Bond star Daniel Craig in 'Casino Royale' has been sold for ?17,780 at a fundraising auction for Childline.
A walk-on part in 'Desperate Housewives' went for ?25,183. Considering Heather Mills is reported to be desperate to join the cast, I wonder if she was the secret bidder.
If stories about her secret ?178m pay-off by Paul McCartney are true, she'd certainly have the spare cash.
