Dublin and Shannon trans-Atlantic flights grounded by computer glitch

Transatlantic flights out of Ireland, Britain and Europe were disrupted yesterday because of a problem with a computer system in the UK which was later resolved. The National Air Traffic Systems in Britain said there was a fault within the computer system at Prestwick that manages oceanic air space in the north Atlantic.
