Real Estate Opportunities has increased an existing £185m credit facility for its Battersea Power Station development by £40m and extended the repayment deadline by over a year to March 2011. The additional funds will help finance the planning application for the multi-billion sterling project. The firm, controlled by Treasury Holdings, has also increased an existing facility on its Irish portfolio by €50m.
