Pippa Wedding Watch: Lavish loos, a Spitfire flyover and a second marquee
Things are getting serious in the Middleton camp as plush loos are reportedly installed for wedding day
As Pippa Wedding Watch nears fever pitch, there are reports of Spitfires up above and plush loos on the ground at the Middleton family home in Berkshire.
Logistics are everything when it comes to event planning, and even British royalty have to have somewhere to powder their noses, so it should come as no surprise that Pippa has called in the portable loo providers to cater for her wedding guests at Saturday's high profile celebration.
But these aren't just any loos.
These are oak-furnished, mirror-lined, porcelain-fitted, spot-lit, vacuum-flush, eco-friendly luxury loos, reportedly.
The plush powder rooms, provided by "the foremost provider of luxury toilets' Andyloos, join the huge glass marquee the Middletons had installed earlier this week, as preparations ramp up for the highly anticipated big day on Saturday.
A second marquee has also been spotted outside the Berkshire home, while garment bags - which could hold the already much-debated wedding dress - have been delivered to the bride's London home.
More reports coming from the south east of England suggest that the bride and groom have hired a single-seater Submarine Spitfire to do a fly-past after the ceremony. "The air display is a touch of class," a source told The Sun. "It’s the sort of thing you’d expect for the royals themselves. It will be totally breathtaking."
Pippa and her hedge fund manager fiancé James Matthews will tie the knot this Saturday in St Mark's Church in Berkshire, Niece and Nephew Britain's Princess Charlotte and Prince George will act as flower girl and page boy for the day.
