Irish rugby player Devin Toner wed long-term love Mary Scott in an intimate ceremony in Co Meath yesterday.
The couple, who have been dating for more than eight years, exchanged vows at Moynalvey Church of the Nativity in Summerhill in front of friends and family.
Toner just landed back on Irish soil on Tuesday after three weeks away for the South Africa Test Series.
His brother Darragh acted as Best Man, while childhood friend Hugh O'Keeffe and former Leinster teammate Kevin McLaughlin also featured as groomsmen.
Mary's sister Kate led the bridal party as Maid of Honour, while her oldest friend Mary Steen and college friend Claire Harrington were bridesmaids.
A host of Devin’s Ireland teammates descended on the bride's hometown for the celebrations, including Jonny Sexton and his wife Laura; Andrew Trimble and his wife Anna; Ian Madigan and girlfriend Anna Kirwan and Jack McGrath.
Mary was walked up the aisle by her father Liam Scott and joined by her mother Helen Scott and stepmother Stephanie Regan. Devin's mother Anne was joined by her sons for the big day and the day was tinged with a hint of sadness as Devin's father Peter tragically passed away last month.
The bride wore a white dress with floral applique and a tulle skirt, with her hair in a neat chignon with loose curls.
The couple are marking their reception at the Cliff at Lyons, Co Kildare. They will be celebrating their honeymoon in the US and Barbados.
Devin proposed in Dubai in January of last year after seven years of dating.
