Former Leinster star Eoin O'Malley weds long term love in Portugal

Former Leinster star Eoin O'Malley wed his long term love Lara Nolan on Saturday

The 28-year-old tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in Faro, Portugal.

UFC star Cathal Pendred and model girlfriend Michelle McGrath were among guests, while O'Malley's former teammate Cian Healy was a groomsman.

Leinster rugby player Dominic Ryan was also in attendance.

“What a magical day! So happy waking up this morning as Lara O’Malley!” wrote the newly wed bride on Instagram alongside a photo of the happy couple.

The bride opted for a classic gown with a lace neckline, while the groom wore a navy suit.

Bridesmaids were dressed in blush pink and the groomsmen in navy.

O’Malley was forced to retire from rugby at the age of 25 following a debilitating knee injury, and has gone on to new open new bar The Jar on Wexford Street.
