Kate Middleton's younger sister Pippa will walked down the aisle later this month in one of the year's most anticipated weddings.

And while little is known about the Pippa Middleton-James Matthews wedding, some key aspects have been released over the last few weeks to give us a good view into how the event will unfold...

1. The Date

Saturday May 20th, 2017. Solid.

2. The Ceremony

The couple will say their vows in St. Mark's Church in Englefield, Berkshire, just a few minutes' journey from the Middleton family home in Buckleberry. St. Mark's is on a private estate, however a guide on 'celebrity weddings' recently published by the Church of England stated "a marriage is a public ceremony which at the least all parishioners are entitled to attend," adding that membes of the public are entitled to attend, "as long as there is available seating or standing room unless a genuine question of safety or security arises." So the wedding ceremony may not be as private as the couple intends it to be.

3. The Reception

One place the wedding party should certainly get some privacy is at the reception, which will take place in he Middleton family home in Buckleberry. It has been reported that Pippa's wedding will be an altogether more intimate affair than her sister's, and that it will be just close family and friends in attendance.

4. The Bridal Party

Niece and nephew of the bride-to-be Prince George and Princess Charlotte will act as page boy and flower girl on the day. It is not known what they will wear but they're sure to bring the 'awh-factor' whatever they'll be donning! James’ brother Spencer, famous for his stint on reality TV series Made in Chelsea, is expected to be best man.

5. The Flowers

Upmarket florist Lavender Green will supply the flowers for the occasion, and were recently seen delivering boxes of blooms to the Middleton household. The London florists have supplied their spectacular creations for events in exclusive venues such as the Tower of London and the Royal Academy, and were among the vendors at weddings in Somerset House and Coworth Park.

6. The Dress Designer

Unlike with sister Kate's gúna, there have been very few hints as to who will be the name on the bride's gown. British designer Giles Deacon has been tied with the event after being spotted visiting the bride's home last year, however the bride and her mother were also seen perusing bridal designer Suzanne Neville in London’s Knightsbridge. Designers Jenny Packham and Ralph + Russo have also been tied to the event recently.

7. The Hen Party

Pippa, Kate and their gal pals held a bash in a ski resort in Meribel, France to celebrate Pippa's upcoming nuptials, according to The Sun. "Pippa loves skiing so it was her first choice for a hen weekend. They stayed in a really exclusive catered chalet with maids and chef, who ensured that they were totally spoiled," an insider told the newspaper. However it seems one shindig wasn't enough for the bride-to-be as recent reports say she invited 24 of her closest friends to a "civilised" spa day before descending on the Chelsea mansion she shares with her fiancé for a fine dining experience with Michelin-starred chef Heston Blumenthal.

8. The Pre-wedding Workout

Pippa has made no secret of her love of exercise, but she has upped her fitness regime ahead of the big day.

Adding to her regular workouts she has attended 75 minute long Pilates classes in the affluent area of Chelsea in West London.

9. The 'Plus Ones'

Pippa's rumoured 'No Ring No Bring' rule went out the window when Prince Harry's girlfriend Meghan Markle was 'officially invited' to the nuptials this week.

Originally the actress would not attend the celebrations at all, however as she became closer to the Prince in recent weeks - and rumours of her own royal wedding have been swirling - an invite to the entire event has been extended.

10. The Groom

Bride Pippa has taken front and centre for the wedding buildup, but there's plenty to discuss about the impressive groom too! James Matthews is a former British racing driver and current hedge fund manager. He is heir to the Scottish title of Laird of Glen Affric and his parents own the luxurious Eden Rock Hotel in St. Barths.

The 41-year-old has plenty of his own successes to boast about too - in 1994 won the British Formula Renault Championship for Manor Motorsport and later that year picked up the Eurocup Formula Renault title.

He has been dating 33-year-old Pippa since 2015, however the couple had been friends for 10 years before becoming an item. He lives with Miss Middleton in his six-bedroom £17 million home in Chelsea, which he bought in 2014.
