Dublin's George Bernard Shaw is holding a "Tinder Party" on Valentine's Day for any singletons looking to find their Tinder match.

The party will be free to enter and the South Richmond Street pub will offer a free glass of Prosecco to anyone who shows their Tinder profile at the bar.

As Tinder is a location-based app, showing the user the available dates nearest to them, the party should provide a lot of potential matches and allow users to chat face-to-face instead of phone-to-phone.

The idea is quite similar to the 'Tinder in Real Life' parody video, in that you will be able to see (and swipe) people in real life - meaning it could be awkward if you swipe right on someone you spot across the bar and they don't return the favour!

'Hennessy' and 'DJ Grapes' will be providing the music on the night and the bar reports that the night will feature a "a sexy special guest".
