80pc of singletons aged over 70 have no problem with one night stands
Singletons aged 70+ want more sex than those in their 20s, survey says
New research has shown that OAPs in their 70s have no problem with one night stands and believe that sex gets better with age.
Commissioning the study, Elite Singles asked over 2,500 singeltons over the age of 70 about their sex lives.
The online dating firm found that frisky seniors were more keen to fulfil their sexual urges than those in their 20s.
A whopping 84 percent of respondents also insisted that sex gets better with age.
Four in five also admitted that they had no problem with a one night stand, saying they didn't need to wait for a solid relationship commitment before getting into the sack.
Elite Singles spokeswoman Salama Marine said, "People tend to feel uncomfortable with the idea of senior sexuality because it has nothing to do with reproduction. But senior sex is purely about love and sexual fulfillment."
"But in a society often too associated with youth, we tend to forget that there is no age limit to desire and eroticism," she concluded.
On a final note, the survey proved that love has no age limits.
It found that all over-70s are still confident you can fall in love at any age, and that love at first sight still exists.
