Trainers like second skin
get barefoot in your skechers

If, in the coming months, you're planning on doing any sort of serious running training for an event, it's crucial to have the right support for your feet. The simplest way to test whether your current pair of trainers are bin-ready is to go into a store and try on a new pair. If, after doing so, your own trainers feel flat and lacking in support, ditch them. Worn-out running shoes can lead to all sorts of leg problems. Skechers Performance Division has just introduced two new running-shoe designs to their collection – the Skechers GOrun 3, below, and the Skechers GOrun Ride 3, for both men and women. The main point with the Skechers GOrun 3 was to design something that would encourage speed, increase comfort, and replicate a barefoot-running experience. Far more practical than actually running around in your bare feet on dirty streets – disgusting!
Skechers GOrun 3 and GOrun Ride 3, €85, are available in Skechers stores and selected retailers nationwide, see www.skechers.co.uk
