A beige leather bag by Chanel with leather links for €750 in Brown Thomas and that was half price. I hardly ever wear it though because I'm afraid I'll dirty it and the leather kind of squeaks!

The best is Roisin Murphy and the worst is Jordan.

What is your favourite label or designer?

Chanel.

About €500.

People around me, blogs such as 'the cherry blossom girl' and my job in Urban Outfitters.

What was the last fashion item you bought?

A black tweed blazer reduced to €14.99 in Urban Outfitters.

What was your worst fashion mistake?

Wearing dungarees for two years straight.

Name one thing you love and one thing you hate in fashion.

I love high-waisted trousers and 1930s tailoring and I hate when people are closed-minded about fashion.

Flared, bootcut jeans with big buckle belts and pointy-toe shoes when I was 15.

I love getting ideas from seeing random people on the street and I hate when someone doesn't like what you're wearing just because it's different.

I both love and hate harem trousers. They can look great on the right person but they can also look so wrong.

A schoolboy grey shirt by Preen that was shaped like a cape at the front and had drape detailing. I got it at a sample sale in Concrete for £100.

I love the escapism of fashion and I hate the cost.
