Learn how to wear this season's hottest trends from the best.

Sienna Miller

Stripy clown pants aren't a trend we ever thought we'd care to emulate. But then Sienna Miller has always had a way of making pretty much anything look good. Stripes are huge for this season. There are two ways of doing them. The classic Breton top, as seen on Miller, below right, or a bolder, dare we say wackier style, involving  the aforementioned clown pants. In keeping with her recent grown-up and 'grown out of girly clothes' makeover, Miller tends to pair her stripes with mannish separates: cardigans and blazers.

Boho: Kate Bosworth

The 70s trend is hanging around for autumn/winter. As befits an actress known as much for her sense of style as her acting work, Kate Bosworth's personal style has several manifestations. But summer-festival boho is probably her sartorial spiritual home. So if you're hoping to pull this one off, look to her. K-Bos does a great line in safari-lite 70s. Micro shorts paired with voluminous blouses. Lots of ethnic prints. Lashings of denim. Aviator shades. Clogs or tan sandals. Well-cut trench coats. Suede ankle-boots. She favours Chloe and Isabel Marant, among others; this is our guide to getting the look from the high street.
