Style Dilemma: Military style from the high street

Please help me find a cool military-style coat. I've been looking in all the shops and online. I've seen a few but none that really tickles my fancy. Have you spotted any nice ones? Ideally, I'd like to get one for less than €200.
Natalia (26), WexfordThe trend for all things military continues to evolve season after season. This is good news for anyone thinking of investing in outerwear with militaristic touches.
At the luxury end, Brit label Burberry Prorsum leads the fashion pack with some drool-inducing pieces. It's no surprise considering they created the iconic trench coat during the First World War.
Thankfully, you don't have to pay Burberry prices to get in on the action. There are several key motifs to look out for, starting with colour. Khaki, army green and navy all have strong military connotations.
Mint Velvet has a rather cool, casual parka with asymmetric zip (€179). At Alwear, there's a more glamourous take with the khaki 'Tammy' fur coat (€75). It's double breasted with a waist tie, so you can nip it in for a figure-flattering silhouette.
River Island's long-sleeve fall-away jacket with faux-fur trim is the type of coat that you'll not want to take it off.
My favourite, however, is the khaki jacket with contrasting sleeves at Zara. It's the perfect hybrid of the military/biker jacket trend with epaulettes, zip sleeve and pocket detailing, and drawstring waist.
