Who is a style queen and who should be taken away by the fashion police this week?

Best Dressed: Naomi Watts

Now this is how to do a thigh-high split in style. Take note, Ms Stewart!

Naomi has been keeping a low profile lately -- she's been happy to hang out with partner Liev Schreiber and their two children but she hasn't forgotten how to play dress up.

She's positively sparkling at the premiere of her latest movie in this Stella McCartney number.

It could have so easily gone wrong though.

Normally a plunging neckline demands some cover-up as compensation. But Naomi is smarter than your average star and she knows that a flash of leg adds just enough sexiness to this ethereal '20s-style gown.

Lashings of red lipstick and a retro hairstyle add to the vintage theme, while strappy stilettos add a contemporary note. Fabulous.

Worst dressed: Kristen Stewart

Oh come on, Kristen, we're really getting quite tired of this sulky teenager act. You don't need to recreate your role as Bella all the time.

We appreciate that it must be difficult for you to separate business from pleasure as you and your gorgeous Twilight co-star are busily recreating your love scenes off-set. But you're not Bella, stuck in a rain-sodden corner of the US, dreaming of an eternity spent with her lover.

You're a star, immortalised in Hollywood's Walk of Fame alongside your lover.

Okay, well, maybe we can see where your confusion comes from.

Still, this is taking method acting a bit too far. What's with that unhealthy pallor? You're not playing a vampire yet. And anyway, none of the Twilight vamps would be seen dead looking so, well, lacklustre.

The J Mendel dress isn't too bad, we suppose. It's certainly a welcome departure from your usual boring bodycon style, but the split is more slutty than sexy.

It's a shame though, a little more material and it could have actually been almost flattering.
