Queen's shoe-wearer takes away royal pain
BRITAIN'S Queen Elizabeth has someone break in her shoes before she puts them on to ensure that she is never in discomfort, her stylist has disclosed.
Stewart Parvin, who has designed dresses for the queen (pictured) for 11 years, said it was because she could not change her shoes halfway through an official engagement.
Mr Parvin said: "(The shoes) have to be immediately comfortable . . . she does get someone to wear them. The queen can never say 'I'm uncomfortable, I can't walk any more.'
