This marks the seventh time the Brazilian beauty has topped the Forbes list of wealthy runway stars.

According to the magazine, Gisele raked in a massive $42 million last year.

The 33-year-old has graced the catwalk for brands such as Alexander McQueen and has appeared on countless glossy magazine covers, including ELLE, Vogue and Harper's Bazaar.

It's little surprise that Gisele Bundchen is the highest paid model on the catwalk. In the last year alone, she has raked in $42 million, thanks to lucrative endorsement deals with H&M and Chanel, as well as her own skincare, swimwear and flip flop range.

She has made the bulk of her $3.2 million fortune from Calvin Klein, but she has also starred in campaigns for DKNY.

Gisele's huge fortune completely eclipses the second place value of $7.2 million, which Miranda Kerr earned over the last year.

Victoria's Secret Angel Adriana Lima comes in at third place, having strutted her stuff for $6 million.

British beauty Kate Moss has appeared in several campaigns and shows last year and it seems to have paid off, as she takes fourth place with $5.7 million.

Liu Wen and Hilary Rhoda take fifth and sixth place respectively, having earned $4.3 million and $4 million.

Carolyn Murphy, who hosted Project Runway All Stars last year, comes in seventh with $3.6 million.

Hot on her heels is House of Style co-host Joan Smalls, who earned $3.5 million, putting her in eighth place.

The last two places were taken by blonde bombshells: Candice Swanepoel took home $3.3 million, while new mom Lara Stone raked in $3.2 million.

Forbes insists it's the beauties' business sense that helped them make the top ten, with Gisele, Miranda and Kate all having clothing, accessory or cosmetics lines to bulk up their fortune.

Victoria's Secret also seems to be a clear winner, with many of those in the list having walked for the lingerie brand.
