September Vogue cover features first black model in 25 years
This year's September Vogue cover features the first black cover girl in 25 years.
The last model of colour to feature on the biggest issue of the year for the international style bible.
Supermodel Joan Smalls stars alongside Karlie Kloss and Cara Delevingne on the main cover, while six other style stars feature on the fold out of the glossy magazine.
Although Beyonce, Halle Berry and Michelle Obama have all featured as cover girls, this is the first September issue featuring a black model.
The #InstaGirls model issue is removed from the normally celebrity centric covers of late.
Joining them inside are fellow catwalk queens such as Arizona Muse and Edie Campbell.
