Helen Cody is one of Ireland's most in-demand designers and while we're used to seeing her bespoke frocks on the Irish red carpet, she has officially gone global.
Oscar-nominated actress Saoirse Ronan flew the Irish fashion flag in New York on Monday night, wearing a custom piece by the Dublin based designer for her latest appearance.
Often hailed as one of the most stylish young actresses in Hollywood, Saoirse is the darling of designers around the world including Calvin Klein, Burberry and Chanel.
But some occasions just call for a taste of home.
The 22-year-old star is based in the Big Apple as she takes on the lead in Crucible on Broadway and she opted for a blush pink silki dress with floral appliqué at the Irish Repertory Theatre Gala Benefit of Finian's Rainbow: In Concert.
Cody's designs are already a must-have among Irish fashionistas including Amy Huberman, Sarah Greene and Sharon Corr.
Saoirse's latest appearance is the latest in a long line of exclusive events since taking up residence in New York - including the Tony Awards, where she turned heads in a fitted pink Stella McCartney gown and the Met Gala in May, where she landed on Best Dressed lists everywhere in her custom Christopher Kane dress.
