Electric Picnic 2014: The fun and fashionable picnickers that caught our eye

Despite the temperamental weather, festival goers showed off their style with flare.

Amber Legay and Poppea Bowie from Body Art Company kept warm in matching vintage fur coats, leggings and wellies, allowing their vibrant leopard face painting do the talking.

Dublin trio Ash Hoare, Kate Matthews and Jade Nolan were rocking outfits that would have made the Glastonbury A listers proud.

In duster coats, vintage jumpsuits and fedoras, these girls used simple black separates to maximum effect.

Melbourne lads Ben Barclay and Jack Thomas flew in for the weekend to experience the legendary madness  first hand.

Their outfits are only a "warmup" of what we can expect from them later- promising they have colourful tights and accessories ready back in their tent.

Friends Naomi Seery, Dominique Yong and Zelda O'Brien cited festival it girls Alexa Chung and Laura Whitmore as their influences.

As for their weekend essentials? Bastiste dry shampoo,  wellies and baby wipes.

Nadine Lyons and Paddy Conroy caught our eyes as they moved through the crowds, thanks to their eye catching and colourful outfits.

Nadine, inspired by Holly Carpenter, accessorised her look with a feathered head piece while resourceful Paddy tie-dyed his own tshirt and picked up his striped ankle-length wellies for a steal.
