Amy Huberman's biker jacket sells out in days after posting hilarious Instagram photo

Amy Huberman's selling power shows no sign of slowing down.

The 35-year-old actress shared a hilarious photo of herself riding a child's bicycle, all while sporting her new blue suede jacket by Mint Velvet which sold out within two days,

"Testing out my new biker jacket, thank you @mintvelvet #elevate #mintyfresh," she captioned the photo.

Independent Style can reveal that the Dove Suede Biker Jacket, which retails for  €180, has sold out both online and in retailers in Ireland and the UK nearly immediately after she shared the picture.

Amy is famous for her witty insights on social media to her 240,000 and 50,000 followers on Twitter and Instagram and designers clamour for an endorsement from the star.

Mint Velvet said they were thrilled with the seal of approval by Amy: "Amy is the epitome of a Mint Velvet shopper – relaxed glamour and a strong sense of self.

"While the jacket pictured on her Instagram is no longer available, there will be a new suede jacket in our new AW15 collection that takes its inspiration from a similar trend.”

In September of last year, when she announced her second pregnancy on Twitter, her statement coat by Cos and necklace from Newbridge Silverware both sold out instantly.

In April, her Topshop jumper while on a date with husband Brian O'Driscoll sold out, as did her Folkster crepe cape in November.

Unsurprisingly, her shoe range with Bourbon Footwear constantly restocks their range thanks to its incredible popularity.

Amy is among a handful of Irish fashionistas, including models Pippa O'Connor and Rozanna Purcell, whose selling influence with consumers is growing stronger all the time.
