After eleven years at the helm of the successful ecommerce site, Sebba made the announcement that he was leaving earlier this week.

When he turned up the London offices after the announcement, his legion of loyal workers wanted to make sure he knew he was “The Man”.

The video below shows the boss arrive unassuming to be greeted with hundreds of employees synchronised dancing in co-ordinating outfits.

And it doesn’t stop there, there was also a gospel choir singing Aloe Blacc’s ‘The Man’, acrobats, Brazilian samba dancers, and a mariachi band.

A live stream also showed company employee’s from America and Asia singing, dancing and waving heartfelt placards.

At the end of the video, Sebba points to Natalie Massenet, founder of the retail site, who simply hands him a cup of coffee as he arrives at his desk.

Finally, Sebba addresses his adoring employees, telling them he is a bit overwhelmed, and asks them, “How about getting back to work?”
