We're still a few months away from summer but it's not too early to fantasise about what we'll pull from our wardrobes once those warmer days are upon us.
Thankfully, H&M has launched its new Studio SS16 collection, incorporating pieces that we can fantasise about wearing as we indulge in al-fresco, post-work drinks or pack in our bags as we jet off to exotic, far-flung locations.
The SS16 collection nails city-slick, summer dressing as it taps into the label's boho-luxe side. Think preppy-meets-ethnic with plenty of print and 70's silhouettes, as well as edgier pieces that channel the on-trend, 90's sportswear vibe.
Key pieces of the collection include a yarn-dyed stripe workwear blazer, native print dress, patchwork jeans, spaghetti strap dress, frontier shirt with drawstring sides, summer jacquard sweater, off-white leather trousers and a kaftan with oversized tie details.
“H&M Studio for Spring/Summer 2016 is a style adventure. Our girl is always exploring, whether she’s on the city streets or on the trip of a lifetime. She mixes function with femininity, sportswear with party pieces, and whatever she wears she always looks effortless,” says Pernilla Wohlfarth, Head of Design at H&M.
Prices range from €7.99 for accessories, right up to €299 for the it's eggshell white, leather jacket but the average range of pricing is between €29.99 and €79.99.
The collection will be available exclusively at H&M's flagship store on Dublin's College Green from 9am Thursday, February 18.
