Rita Ora isn’t shy when it comes to her sartorial choices and during her recent outings at Paris Fashion Week the British popstar put on a rather racy display.
Attending an ultra-glam dinner hosted by Chopard, Rita made a statement in a scarlet couture gown by Ralph & Russo. Clearly proud of her pins, Rita flashed plenty of leg with a thigh-high split in this floaty, pleated gown with a dramatic sheer cape.
Trust me when I say that hotels don’t get much more inviting than the Rosewood London (above). If ever there was a place to relax and unwind on a trip to the city, it’s here. Situated just off Holborn, a short walk from Covent Garden and Oxford Street, the Rosewood is a veritable sanctuary of luxury, wellbeing and sophistication (but not in a stuffy way). Its charm lies in the detail, both in terms of design and the welcome. Belle Époque elegance fuses a contemporary laid-back vibe that makes you never want to leave. The rose bronze gallery foyer is jammed with quirky pieces of art, books and gilded cages with finches and budgies. Speaking of feathered friends, this five-star property is super animal-friendly and your cats and dogs can stay free. All that and I haven't had a chance to mention the spa or Scarfes bar! For anyone who appreciates gorgeous, elegant handcrafted jewellery, Chupi is for you. The multi-award winning brand founded by Chupi Sweetman - once the youngest designer to work with Topshop - celebrates Ireland's design heritage and the designer's love for wild beauty. Expect inspiration from feathers, twigs and leaves complemented by the sparkliest of gemstones.
Steal her style
Scream Queens Emma Roberts (above) looked cooler than cool as she nailed the trend for wide-leg trousers in this denim and animal print combo. Her frayed, cropped jeans provided the perfect laid-back edge to a sexy, plunging black bodysuit. The Coach leopard-print jacket slung over her shoulders, tied neckline and some Mary Jane heels completed the vintage vibes for a super chic 1970s-inspired look.
The humble shirt dress is anything but basic for 2016 as designers got creative to reinvent the classic for the season ahead. For instance, Victoria, Victoria Beckham's striped cotton-poplin design has split sleeves and a flattering empire waist that falls to a softly pleated skirt. Keep the look casual with trainers or dress it up like Alexa Chung (pictured above) with a pair of brogues.
