Kate Middleton touching down in New Zealand (Inset: An air hostess with Aeroflot wearing their pillbox hat as the uniform dictates)
It's not often the Duchess of Cambridge takes a sartorial step in the wrong direction.
But even the world's most beloved style icon has an off day.
The 33-year-old accompanied Prince William and their adorable son Prince George for the first leg of their trip Down Under, and, as usual, all eyes were on Kate.
But this time, fashionistas took note of the similarities between her large buttoned down red coat by Catherin Walker (one of Princess Diana's favourite designers)...and an Aeroflot air hostess.
She finished off her look with a pillbox hat by Gina Foster, whose designers she has favoured on many official functions in recent years.
Kate also borrowed Queen Elizabeth's New Zealand brooch as the young royals touched down in Wellington, proving that she is embracing the political side of the royal fishbowl.
Little Prince George faced the world's media for only the second time in his short life - the first occasion was when William and Kate proudly showed off their day-old son outside the London hospital where he was born.
George is only eight months old but he travelled with his parents on a scheduled Qantas flight from Heathrow Airport, via Dubai, to Sydney where they transferred to the military plane.
