Newbie model and rugby WAG Jess Redden sat centre stage at Brown Thomas to publicise the store's new Lingerie Room.
The 22-year-old girlfriend of Leinster and Ireland rugby international Rob Kearney seemed a little nervous at first. But the petite model certainly held her own with experienced models like former Miss Ireland Sarah Morrissey and photocall regulars Thalia Heffernan and Daniella Moyles.
The new look Lingerie Room, located on the third floor of the Grafton Street store, is home to a number of exclusive labels this season, including L'Agent by Agent Provocateur, MYLA, NK iMode and Commando, and there are also exclusive styles available from Stella McCartney Lingerie, Bluebella, Wacoal and Lise Charmel.
Figures of all sorts came into play at the launch yesterday with the announcement that there were 72 different bra sizes available across a myriad of different cup and back sizes.
Exclusive swimwear labels this season include alé by Alessandra, Chantelle, Hale Bob, Heidi Klein, Lazul, Moschino, Sumarie, Roksanda, Little White Lies and Lisa Marie Fernandez, Kenzo Swim, and Carven.
By July, Stella McCartney's Swim collection will be available in store, with styles that can add curves - and equally offer support to girls with curves.
Florals, pinks and reds are big this summer - and for autumn, the one colour to watch out for is burgundy, according to BTs lingerie buyer Ros Ellis.
