Niall Horan has jetted home from Thailand to celebrate St Patrick’s Day in Mullingar for the first time in five years.
The star indulged in a few creamy pints of Guinness to celebrate the national bank holiday after flying home from the Thai island of Maya Bay, where he has spent the last week holidaying with friends.
The Mullingar superstar was joined in Thailand by his mate, 2FM presenter Eoghan McDermott, who admitted that the holiday was a “some week in paradise”.
The One Direction star is currently enjoying the band’s hiatus and was spotted travelling in Vietnam and the Philippines earlier this month.
Niall is making the most of the clear skies this St Patrick’s Day, and spent yesterday on the golf course.
Meanwhile, footballer David Beckham wished his former LA Galaxy teammate Robbie Keane a Happy St Patrick’s Day in a photo of a creamy pint of Guinness posted to his Instagram.
However, it is unclear whether or not the pair were indulging in celebratory drinks together as Robbie had a late one last night, celebrating the birthday of his wife Claudine in Los Angeles.
Beckham and Horan aren’t the only celebrities gearing up for St Patrick’s Day around the world. Irish model and mum-of-twins Georgia Penna is spending the day lounging in the sun in her new base of Dubai, and wished her followers a Happy St Patrick’s Day from her sun-lounger.
Model Rosanna Davison made sure her little dog Leo was adequately dressed up for the occasion, sharing a photograph of the pooch donning a green bandana as she prepares to spend the day with in Dublin with her husband Wes.
