Laura Whitmore celebrates turning 31 with a zombie inspired party
If anyone knows how to celebrate their birthday in style, it’s Laura Whitmore.
The former MTV News presenter recently turned 31 and celebrated by treating some of her celeb pals to a zombie inspired party.
Taking to social media, the Bray native shared snaps of herself and friends donning doctors uniforms and surgical masks.
A host of famous faces joined the party including Laura’s long-time pal Eoghan McDermott, former X Factor presenter Caroline Flack and TV star Amanda Byram with new husband Julian Okines.
The group were treated to a one of a kind experience at London’s Secret Cinema modelled after the 2002 horror film 28 Days Later.
Attendees are treated to an immersive, zombie-fuelled event based on the post-apocalyptic flick.
“Spent last night being chased by zombies through an abandoned hospital,” Eoghan wrote on Instagram.
“Happy Birthday to the wonderful Laura Whitmore.”
Fellow pal Amanda was not happy with how her selfies turned out on the night.
“I actually look like I am trying to bite your head off,” she wrote to the birthday girl.
One friend who could not make it to the festivities was One Direction star Niall Horan.
However, the Mullingar native made sure to wish Laura well, sending her a happy birthday message on social media.
“Happy birthday Lau Lau, pints on the cards soon,” he wrote.
The night was only a small part of the ITV2 presenter’s birthday celebrations.
Laura treated herself to a brand new car for her special day and shared a photo of herself behind the wheel on social media.
