Double Double Toil and Trouble: Una Foden’s daughter Aoife Belle gets set for Halloween
Saturdays star Una Foden’s home has been invaded this weekend, thanks to her daughter Aoife Belle who has taken on the role of a spooky witch.
The mum posted a photograph of little Aoife Belle (3) getting ready to go trick-or-treating this weekend.
“Its fancy dress at nursery today and Aoife Belle is a scary witch,” Una said.
The Voice of Ireland judge, who is also mum to baby Tadgh with husband Ben Foden, recently revealed that the newest family member had a frightening health scare after his chicken pox.
Baby Tadgh, 8 months, was rushed to hospital after he developed a secondary infection as a result of the chicken pox virus.
“Tadgh had to go to hospital two weeks ago with really bad chicken pox. He developed a secondary infection and it’s not good for them to get it when they are under a year old, because their immune system isn’t that developed.
“Aoife had them and she got them from the nursery. She had them quite bad and had a lot of spots, but we had hoped Tadgh wouldn’t get them.
“But she kept touching his face and kissing him, and then he caught them.
“They all scabbed up and got really infected and he had to go to Northampton hospital and have an intravenous line put into his little hand so that he could take antibiotics.’ Una said.
“He was screaming and it was horrible and so sad having to see this tiny baby in a hospital bed,” she said.
Meanwhile, Aoife Belle isn’t the only Irish celebrity tot to get dressed up for the Halloween as mum and blogger Pippa O’Connor posted a photo of her son Ollie (2) donning a lion’s outfit, while Jodi Albert and Kian Egan’s son Koa (3) went to a Halloween party dressed as Iron Man.
