Colin Farrell reveals his biggest vice: 'I love being touched'
He had a reputation for being a Hollywood bad boy but Colin Farrell has revealed his surprising guilty pleasure is actually having spa treatments.
Despite the 38-year-old's one-time party animal persona, he admitted that there is nothing he enjoys more than being pampered.
"It's tragic, I'm actually addicted to massages," he said.
"A lot of that is to do with touch because I love being touched - I'm a big hugger.
"I love a good hug and a two-handed handshake that nearly turns into a handhold," he joked.
It's not just massages that the True Detective star (pictured) enjoys, as he also opened up about his fondness for saunas.
The Dublin native said he enjoys spending time relaxing in saunas as they provide him with "therapeutic" time away from his busy Hollywood life.
"I also like saunas - there is a Russian bathhouse that I go to in Los Angeles," he said.
"It's a nice way to kill a couple of hours because life can be hectic. To go somewhere for a while and sit in a quiet space, it's therapeutic."
Despite being known for his good looks and being in shape, Colin insists life in the gym just isn't for him, saying he would wish working out "on my worst enemy".
But when it comes to getting into shape for the sake of an acting role, the film star admitted "money is a great motivator".
The father-of-two said: "I do it because sometimes the job dictates that I must."
After years on the party circuit, the former Ballykissangel actor recently said that he has left life in the fast lane behind him as his young sons James (11) and Henry (5) are his priority.
