Caitlyn Jenner's youngest daughter Kylie told her father how "pretty" he looked in their first introduction after her transition.
Caitlyn, who was previously known as Bruce, is now starring in her own reality show, which premiered in the US last night, and veering away from Keeping Up With The Kardashians' more sensational plotlines; instead focusing on social issues and family.
Viewers of the premiere episode say the 17-year-old model and reality star's first meeting with Caitlyn via FaceTime.
"I don't want to scare you," Caitlyn told her daughter.
To which a supportive Kylie responded: "You're not scaring me. You look pretty!"
While family is the 65-year-old's driving force, she spoke of her fears at breaking up the Kardashian/Jenner family unit, saying: "Even Kylie coming over today – you never know, when they get away from here and they go home they go 'Oh my god, that is strange."
"Khloé hasn't been here. Kourtney hasn’t been here and hasn't met Caitlyn. Rob. Maybe them not being around is, you know, kind of their way of saying 'I don't really agree with this or what.' "
Kim and husband Kanye West visited Caitlyn at her Malibu home, where West praised Jenner's bravery and Kim combed through her new designer clad wardrobe.
"You look amazing, it's your time. But you don't have to bash us [Kardashians] on your way up," Kim told the Olympic gold medallist.
The episode began with a clip of Jenner filming herself in the early hours of the morning as she worried about her responsibility as a role model.
She said: "I feel bad that these young people are going through such a difficult time in their life, we don't want people dying over this, we don't want people murdered over this stuff.
"What a responsibility I have towards this community. Am I going to do everything right? Am I going to say the right things? Do I project the right image? My mind is just spinning with thoughts. I just hope I get it right."
It has received widespread rave reviews.
