What did they do to her face? Britney Spears is unrecognisable on V Magazine
Britney Spears has landed the cover of the March issue of V Magazine but she looks totally different.
As she continues her Las Vegas residency Britney Spears is on the cover of V Magazine, for the first time since 1999, as it celebrates its 100th issue.
The singer posed for three different covers, which were shot by legendary photographer Mario Testino, featuring Britney clad in a black ribbed dress with sultry, dark make-up.
While Britney does look gorgeous, it appears that the images have been digitally manipulated. Yes, it appears her glam squad went hard on the contouring but her nose and face appear slimmer and lips look much fuller than they do in real life and that doesn't seem to be a result of just clever make-up application.
Many fans believe that the star looks as though she went too far under the digital knife and believe it's unnecessary as the singer looks just as beautiful without photoshop editing.
In the interview, the mother-of-two said she isn't bothered by what people say about her on social media and empathised with stars in the spotlight who tend to get judged very fast.
"Whoever is in the spotlight, people are really quick to judge," she muses. "I mean, there are a lot of kids coming up who've experienced that. You know, Justin Bieber, he's huge, and he experiences that. It's just the way the world works, unfortunately. I've been doing this for 20 years. I kind of don't pay attention to it. I have my relationship with God and myself and that's what matters to me. I really don't care what most people think."
Despite regularly posting on Instagram, the 34-year-old admitted that she doesn't get the big deal with the internet.
"Honestly, I still don’t use my computer," Spears tells V. "My kids use the computer more than I do. I understand that a lot of people are into it, and I have days where I write and stuff, but it’s really not for me. It’s not my thing.”
