Vogue Williams has a 'soft spot' for Irish men...but they never ask her out

She may be known for her striking good looks and killer figure, but Vogue Williams struggles to find a date just as much as everyone else.

The model and DJ admitted she does not have the time to go out and meet people while filming her new documentary series.

However, it has been ages since an Irish man asked her out.

"I'm such a loser. I'm really busy, so I don't really have any days off until September so I don't go out," she said.

"I haven't been asked out by any Irish guys lately, only English guys."

Vogue, from Howth, said she thinks English men are more confident than their Irish counterparts when approaching women.

But while she may not be going on any dates any time soon, the 30-year-old still has a special place in her heart for the men of Ireland.

"I went out with an Irish guy for six years and I was married to another for five, so I like Irish men," she said. "I have a soft spot for them."

Speaking to the Herald at Arnotts Magnum Heaven launch, Vogue said she was heading to Birmingham this weekend to try her luck in a fitness bikini competition.

"I'm entering, but I'm not fit compared to these other girls," she said. "I wouldn't be able to attain that body, I don't have the discipline."
