Vogue Williams is wasting no time beating the January blues by hitting the slopes ahead of a new reality series.

The model and presenter is spending the beginning of 2017 on the Austrian slopes as she prepares to compete in Channel 4 series The Jump.

Vogue (31) has been documenting her trip on her social media accounts, alongside singer Jake Quickenden and The Only Way is Essex star Lydia Bright, who are also taking part in the show..

"9pm and I'm going to sleep, skiing got me tired," she wrote on Twitter.

"So excited for another day on the slopes tomorrow, this is going to be the best six weeks."

The Jump will see a group of celebrities learn to master various winter sports, including skiing, bob sleighing and snow skating, and often results in injuries for many of the contestants.

However, The Howth native is no stranger to intense reality shows, having participated in and winning Bear Grylls: Mission to Survive in 2015.

The DJ recently split from her rumoured boyfriend, actor Laurence Fox, in December following a "brief romance."
