The Xpose host (35) welcomed the new arrival on Leap Day in February, a little brother for 17-month-old son Finn, who was born on New Year's Day 2015.

She has been at the helm of the popular entertainment show for the last seven years and now works a flexible three day week and she spoke frankly on balancing work with motherhood.

"I don't think motherhood and ambition are conflicting things. It was always an ambition of mine to have kids and I wanted to have kids close in age, so I achieved that," she tells the new issue of VIP Magazine.

"Also, I was that working person before I was this mum person. Tuhis person is still quite new to me so I don't think it will be that hard to switch back on.

"Work is kind of like my comfort zone and it's such a treat to work in a place like Xpose. It will be nice to go back and get that hat back on again."

Koster who lives in Dublin's Blackrock, said that she and husband of three years John McGuire are hoping to expand their family again, but this time, they're taking a longer break in between babies.

"I would love another one," she added. "I'm one of three and John is one of five and the both of us would like to get to three. I'm conscious of my age thought, I don't want to leave it too long. But I definitely need a break. I want to feel like myself again first."

She returns to Ballymount next month and says it will be "hard" leaving her two babies at home.

"I think it will be a nice little time out too," she said. "Sure, it will give me the chance to finish that cup of coffee while it's still warm and to go to the bathroom by myself!

"I loved going back last time, it really made me a more renewed energy. People say that motherhood makes women more efficient and it's definitely true."
