Actress Caroline Rhea, who played Aunt Hilda on Sabrina, The Teenage Witch mightn't be a household name among tweeners anymore, but she's still making her way in Hollywood.

The comedienne starred on the popular programme for its entire run from 1996 to 2003, but has maintained a relatively low profile in recent years, enjoying a long-running voiceover role on Disney Channel cartoon Phineas and Ferb since 2007.

Since the show wrapped, she hosted her own syndicated talk show The Caroline Rhea Show (for one season in 2002) and was the original host of The Biggest Loser USA.

On Wednesday night, she made a rare red carpet appearance at the after party for How To Be Single at The Bowery Hotel in New York. Now 51, the popular actress looked uncomfortable posing for the camera with actor Jason Mantzoukas.

Rhea is an active fundraiser across a number of charities, including ALS and The Children of Armenia, which focuses on children struggling with rural poverty
