Teammates join GAA star Bernard Brogan as he weds long-term love Keira Doyle
Bernard Brogan is officially a married man.
The Dublin GAA star wed his partner of four years Keira Doyle on Friday after a twelve month engagement.
The couple exchanged vows at Thomastown Church, Co Kilkenny with 200 guests in attendance, comprising of friends, family and Brogan's Dublin teammates.
The bride stunned in her chiffon gown and winter furs, her dark hair in loose curls, pinned back with a dainty pearl headpiece.
Keira took a non-traditional slant on her bridesmaid's outfits and her three maids were dressed in stylish bottle-green jumpsuits and fur jackets.
The ceremony will be followed by a luxurious party in the exclusive Mount Juliet, where they booked out the majority of the venue, as revealed by the Herald.
The celebrations weren't short of famous faces as Brogan's teammates joined in on the celebrations, with All-Ireland winning captain Stephen Cluxton and his wife Joanne, and Dublin ace Paul Flynn and his girlfriend Fiona Hudson in attendance.
Among the other GAA heavyweights were Philly McMahon, Paul Flynn and Jason Sherlock.
The award-winning GAA star's brother Alan was groomsman at the wedding, alongside his former team-mate Ross McConnell.
Brogan popped the question to Dubliner Keira, who works as an account director for a sports management company, while on a romantic break in Turkey in January this year.
The couple are notoriously private, keeping their public appearances together reserved for the red carpet.
The footballer previously opened up about the key to their success as a couple, putting their strong relationship down to their shared love of sport.
"She's a sport-mad girl. She was a great basketball player and swimmer and loves the GAA and rugby, so she loves the journey," he said.
"We go to some great matches and have great craic."
Brogan celebrated his stag party with a trip to Las Vegas as he said his final goodbyes to single life.
