Heidi Klum says she is both mother and father to her four children, following her split from Seal.
The 42-year-old spoke to Red Book Magazine about how she balances work as a tv presenter and model with raising her four young children.
"Women are capable of juggling a lot of balls–we do things that guys just cannot do. Men typically can juggle only one ball, and even then they're like, 'I'm confused. Should I put it in my right or left hand?' A lot of them have a very hard time just trying to figure out what to do with that one ball. And often they want us to hold that one too," she said.
Following her split from singer Seal in 2012, Heidi has had custody of their four beautiful children Leni, Henry, Johan and
Leni is the daughter of Flavio Briatore, managing director of Renault's Formula One team, whom dumped the supermodel while she was pregnant with their child.
Heidi has routinely stated that "Seal is Leni's father," as he was there right from the moment of her birth. (Seal officially adopted the little girl in 2009).
Heidi and British singer Seal married in 2005 and seemed like a rock solid couple, famed for their annual Halloween fancy dress extravaganzas.
However, the former Victoria's Secret Angel filed for divorce in 2012.
"Obviously things have changed, but they haven't changed drastically. [Seal] was never your typical dad who left for work in the morning with his briefcase and would be home by dinnertime every night. He traveled a lot. The kids knew it was part of his job. I'm a mom and a dad at the same time," she revealed.
Millionaire supermodel Heidi also discussed body image - following a recent quote from politician and businessman Donald Trump who criticised that the German native was "sadly no longer a 10".
"Would it be nice if my skin and body still looked the way it did when I was 25? Sure," she laughed.
"But the fact is, your body changes when you have children; you get wrinkles as you get older. I like that I have laugh lines from smiling too much."
