Simon Zebo went from tackling rugby players to tackling nappies on the weekend.
The full-back was named 'Man of the Match' against Scotland on Saturday, but was yesterday back on parenting duties with young son Jacob.
The Cork native was snapped leaving The Shelbourne Hotel in Dublin yesterday with his girlfriend, Elvira Fernandez and their baby.
The 25-year-old Munster player and his other half have been together for more than a year and welcomed baby Jacob in May.
Elvira (21) had been in a long-distance relationship until she moved to Ireland late last year.
The couple are based in Cork and are often spotted on date nights in the city, such as at the Kodaline concert in the Marquee recently.
There has been something of a baby boom in rugby circles over the past few months and no doubt the boys are sharing parenting tips in the changing rooms.
Andrew Trimble and his doctor wife Anna have a baby boy called Jack who was born in June.
Gordon D'Arcy and Aoife Cogan also welcomed their first child this summer - a baby girl called Soleil.
