While Sile is dating Garda Damien O'Farrell for the last year and a half, Grainne is engaged to South African rugby coach Leon Jordaan.

The former Newstalk presenter said that her sister, who presents Crimecall on RTE One, is in no rush to walk up the aisle with her long-term love.

"She is just really happy out. I think it's automatic that when you become engaged, everybody wants to know about the wedding but she's really happy. They're both really happy," she told the Irish Daily Star.

"I don't think they are under any pressure to get married so yeah, they're happy out and I am as well."

Sile, who is now working as a part-time yoga teacher after she said the classes "changed her life" when she reached a low point three years ago.

“Three years ago I was presenting a successful radio show and I was in a happy relationship, or at least that’s what it looked like to the outside world," she told the Sunday World.

“But when I first joined a yoga class, I was lost. I was physically, emotionally and mentally drained. I didn’t know who I was. I had just finished another course of treatment for thyroid cancer.

“The long term relationship that I was in also finished abruptly. Simply put, I was not in a good place. The break up was quick, painful and aggressive. My world felt bleak.”

“Yoga has helped me rebuild, reform, and ultimately to transform my life for the better. I feel grounded, more rooted and connected than I’ve ever been,” she said.
