Rosanna Davison set sights on the US for second honeymoon with Wesley Quirke
She's a fully qualified nutritionist and one of Ireland's top models, but Rosanna Davison would love to take some time out to travel before getting stuck into work again.
The former Miss World revealed to the Diary that she wants to head off travelling with her new husband Wesley Quirke.
"I really want to do some travelling with Wes next year," she said.
"I love to travel and see new places. Myself and Wes would love to spend a few months abroad next summer. We'd love to head to the States. I'd love to go to San Francisco and maybe drive the Pacific Coast Highway," she added.
"We'd have to visit Las Vegas as well; it's always so fun to spend a few days there."Couples retreat: Famous faces bring star romance to Electric Picnic
Rosanna is a fully qualified nutritionist but says she won't be opening her own clinic just yet.
"I'm so passionate about nutrition and food but I don't think I'll be opening my own practise for a while," she said.
"A few of my friends and family are clients of mine and I help them with their dietary plans and things like that.
"It's great experience for me and helps keep me up to date on everything I've learned," she added.
The 30-year-old is also working on her new website which is going to be a mix of nutrition, exercise, beauty and fashion tips.
"I'm really excited to launch my website. Hopefully we'll have it up and running by the end of the year and I'll have tips for girls who want to slim down to get into their party dresses at Christmas."
While Rosanna is focusing on her new site, she says she wouldn't rule out writing her own cookbook.
"I'd love to do my own cook book or television series, but I'm focussing on developing my own recipes at the moment.
"I want to make sure that they're all my own original recipes. I like to tamper with some recipes and add my own twist to them. Of course Wes loves it because there are always lots of nice things to eat in the house."
It's been a busy week for the top model who launched Ireland's first gluten-free bakery at Scally's SuperValu in Cork last Thursday. She was also spotted enjoying Hozier's set at Electric Picnic with husband Wes over the weekend.
"We wanted to support Hozier as he's a good family friend of ours," she added.
"I like festivals but it can be hard to look stylish and keep warm."
