Rosanna Davison is latest Irish celebrity to join #IceBucketChallenge

The #IceBucketChallenge is officially now an Irish phenomenon.
Former Miss World Rosanna Davison is the latest celebrity to proudly take part in the challenge, which sees people pouring a bucket of ice-cold water over their heads, in aid of Motor Neuron Disease.
The model was nominated by pal Georgia Salpa. Before Rosanna threw the bucket over her head, she nominated her husband Wes Quirke, Hayley Rock, Paul Byrne and Ros Lipsett.
Earlier, Rosanna's father Chris de Burgh took part in the challenge.
The craze has taken over Hollywood with everyone Ben Affleck, to Justin Bieber and Eva Longoria taking part.
On Irish shores, Daithi O Se, Ryan Tubridy and 2FM's Jenny Greene have already done their best for the charity.
Former Miss World Rosanna Davison shared a video of her father taking part in the challenge after he was nominated by family friend, tenor Paul Byrom.
"Go dad!! The #IceBucketChallenge in aid of Motor Neurone Disease (Txt MND to 50300 to donate) Thanks to Paul Byrom for the nomination," she said.
The Lady in Red singer wore an old tour t-shirt and a pair of shorts for his efforts.
"I've been nominated by Paul Byrom, the wonderful singer. I accept your challenge Paul," Chris said before embracing the challenge at his Wicklow home.
