The couple - who wed in 2014 - have been sharing plenty of beach body snaps on social media.

Rosanna admitted that heading to the beach helps to keep her motivated and avoid over-indulging over the festive season.

"My health habits actually tend to improve during November and December as I go to Mauritius on holiday with my family and husband for New Year's Eve and for half of January," she told the Herald.

This trip is the Davison family's 21st anniversary of ringing in the New Year in sun-soaked Mauritius.

She and her family stay at the same resort on the paradise island- Le Saint Geran - every year.

Wes took to Instagram to post a photo of the pair working out in a gym and captioned it with the hashtag #gymbuddies - proving that they take their dedication to fitness seriously, even on holiday.

The hard work has clearly paid off as the pair showcase with their toned beach-body photos,

The fun-loving husband and wife have also been taking advantage of the island's water sports as Rosanna shared a video of her jet-skiing outing on Instagram.

While Rosanna credits clean eating (she’s been a vegan for the last number of years) and regular exercise for her figure, it's her type of workout that is doing the trick.

The model is a fan of pilates to build up core strength and develop a super-toned physique.

The nutritional therapist visits Pilates Plus Dublin in Dun Laoghaire several times a week and owner Emma Forsyth said her 55-minute classes, using Pro-Former machines, focus on core muscles and resistance training, which she says are crucial for fitness in women in particular.

“Rosanna looks after her diet, we all know she eats very clean and she works really hard in class,” Emma told Independent Style.

Rosanna's had a hectic few months, given the release of her first cookery book Eat Yourself Beautiful. A follow-up book is already in the pipeline.

But the 30-year-old has said that starting a family with her hubby may not be their priority for 2016, despite all the nosy questions.

"I am broody, it would be a fib to say I'm not; but there's book two and a lot more I want to do," she said.
