Ronan Keating and son Jack celebrate 'milestone birthdays' with lavish yacht party

Ronan Keating and his son Jack celebrated their "milestone birthdays" in style with a lavish yacht party on Saturday.

The former Boyzone star turned 40 in March, while Jack turned 18 a few weeks later.

No expense was spared for the occasion, with the party taking place on a Silver Sturgeon yacht on the River Thames, London.

Ronan's wife Storm, who is expecting their first child together this spring, shared pictures from the elaborate party to Instagram.

"Best night ever celebrating father and son milestone birthday on the Silver Sturgeon yacht with family and friends. Just got a couple of sneak peak pics and can't wait to see the rest," she said, tagging a photographer who was present on the night.

Earlier this year, the expectant mother gushed over how supportive her husband of two years has been during her pregnancy.

"He’s too supportive sometimes – I have to tell him to stop! He does everything for everyone all the time," she told Fabulous magazine.

"I’m so grateful, but I do have to tell him that I can do things by myself. I don’t want him running after me. I want him to relax and enjoy it as much as I am. He knows that I’m very independent...

"But it’s liberating to have such trust and security to be ourselves in each other’s company. It will be the same with the delivery – if I’m seeing it, then he’s seeing it! I don’t know if I could do it without him."
