The Birdcage comedic legend committed suicide at the age of 63 in his Marin County, California, home in August 2014.

Since he passed, his wife Susan Schneider has been in court arguing with Robin’s children Zachary, 31, Zelda, 25, and Cody, 23, over the star’s estate.

And according to Page Six, the surviving members of his family are now disagreeing over what to do with his bike collection. TMZ reports Robin spent millions over a million dollars on the sport and as an avid cycler he owned dozens of bicycles at the time of his death. Some of them are extremely rare and worth tens of thousands of dollars each.

Robin Williams, the American actor and comedian and star of classic films including Mrs Doubtfire, Good Morning Vietnam, Good Will Hunting, and Dead Poet's Society, died on August 11 aged 63.

Page Six claims Susan’s attorney James Wagstaffe appeared in a San Francisco court on Friday asking for court intervention from Judge Andrew Cheng, as the family are still arguing over what to do with his bikes, books and artwork.

However, his children’s lawyer Meredith Bushnell claims court intervention isn’t necessary because Robin was very clear on what to do with the property. Apparently he provided clear instructions to trustees and outlined his wishes in detail in his will.

Judge Cheng has given the family until September 9 to provide further evidence before he decides on whether to order court intervention.

Earlier this month Susan filed a motion to be compensated from his estate, claiming she is financially unable to look after the house she and Robin lived in together.

An initial figure is believed to have been presented to Susan as a maintenance settlement as part of the court case.

But even though his widow thinks the sum is too small, TMZ previously reported Robin’s offspring are more than happy with the money she has been offered.

It’s believed Susan and the children will be meeting next week to sort out the final dissemination of Robin’s treasured items.
