Proud dad Liam Neeson steps out to support son Micheal's fashion gallery launch in New York
Talent clearly runs in the family.
Irish actor and action star Liam Neeson stepped out to support his son Micheal (19), at the launch of a new fashion gallery in Soho, New York, bringing some A-list pals with him including Oscar nominee Ralph Fiennes.
Micheal, who is curator at the exhibit, recently opened up about his previous drugs battle after his mother Natasha Richardson's death in 2009, looked the picture of health during his big night.
Micheal explained the motive behind his move into fashion, crediting his mother as his influence in an interview with the Evening Standard.
"Fashion was something I never went after before, but it’s so important, as it shows who you are," he said.
"Back in New York [where he grew up], I didn’t have a good reputation for fashion, because I wore what I liked and I’d be called a hipster for just wearing a couple of chains..
"But one thing my Mu taught me was to dress how you feel, dress how you want. She loved dressing up for every occasion and sometimes wore some pretty crazy stuff."
