The couple, who have been dating for 18 months, are said to be house-hunting for a mansion in London's posh Battersea Park.
The Duchess of Cambridge's little sister is reportedly looking for a bigger home with her other half with the aim of settling down before they start a family.
Pippa (30) has viewed several properties with Nico (35) ranging from €2m - €3m in price.
She isn't the only Middleton focusing on domestic bliss - big sister Kate is also focusing her time on renovating their €10m property before moving in Prince William and little Prince George.
And the former party planner has been busying herself with a number of roles, including work as a columnisty for Waitrose and Vanity Fair, but her Sport and Social column with the Daily Telegraph was recently scrapped.
Pippa’s column ran for a total of six months and last appeared in the newspaper in March.
A spokeswoman confirmed the socialite’s column had ended and Pippa had moved on ‘to do other things for other publications’.
Pippa is the author of one book on party-planning called ‘Celebrate’, but unfortunately the book has reportedly only sold 18,000 copies.
