One Direction have opted against booking into a different Dublin hotel despite security fears, Independent.ie can reveal.
The superstar boyband were thought to have moved to the plush Powerscourt Hotel in Enniskerry, Co Wicklow for fear over their security, but opted to stay with their original choice of the Fitzwilliam Hotel.
The five-piece group have enjoyed several stays at the five stay hotel at Stephen's Green and didn't break with tradition for their latest Irish tour.
They are playing three different gigs in Croke Park starting tonight to an estimated crowd of 240,000 altogether.
Niall Horan and his bandmates have booked out the top three floors of the Fitzwilliam, which provides impeccable security including a private lift to an underground car park.
Despite the fact that they have three separate concerts over the next three nights, they will be splitting their time between London and Scotland over the next 60 hours and flying back specifically for gigs for commitments.
They are expected to stay on Sunday night in order for Horan to spend some time with his family, who will be attending each concert.
