Nicole Kidman 'didn't know' about daughter Bella's wedding, while Tom Cruise footed the bill
Nicole Kidman was reportedly in the dark about her daughter Isabella's wedding.
The Oscar-winning actress (48) is currently enjoying a turn in Photograph 51 on the West End, but was still not included in the 22-year-old's Scientology wedding ceremony at the Dorchester Hotel.
Kidman is said to have been banned from the wedding, while Cruise paid for the entire service - although it's unclear whether or not he was in attendance.
"The wedding was a Scientology ceremony. Nicole wasn’t there — she didn’t even know about it at all," a source told the New York Post.
Bella wed IT consultant Max Parker on September 18 with just a handful of friends in attendance as they exchanged vows at one of the hotel's conference rooms before enjoying drinks in her suite after.
"Bella really didn’t want to make a big deal out of it. There wasn’t even any sort of official reception as was very, very informal," an insider added to Us Weekly.
Nicole has since remarried country music star Keith Urban (47) and they have tow daughters Sunday (seven) and Faith (five), while Tom has a daughter Suri (nine) with ex-wife Katie Holmes.
