They've had a rocky few months but Nicola Hughes said things were back on track between her and her other half, Alex Mytton.
The couple have been together for over a year and appear on reality show Made In Chelsea.
They hit a tough patch recently, when Alex went to Ibiza for three days without contacting Sandyford native Nicola.
Despite working through their issues, Nicola said Alex won't be getting down on one knee at Christmas.
"I won't be expecting an engagement ring, but I wouldn't mind a ring," she told the Diary.
"People keep asking me that [about getting engaged], but I'm too young
"I think it's more circumstance that we're living together - I would never have moved in with him that soon if it hadn't been for the show.
"It is definitely going well between us and he's coming over for Christmas," she added.
On the latest episode of the show, Nicola cried to Alex's ex Binky and her mum about how the pair haven't been getting along.
"We are just going round in circles at the moment. We're either really, really good or fighting. I just feel really insecure lately," she said.
But they've worked through their issues and Alex will be joining Nicola (25) on a family getaway over the holidays.
"I'll spend Christmas Day with my mum and my dad and my brother, and then Alex is coming over on the 28th and we're going down to Mayo because we have a house there," she said.
"We did the same thing last year. Then I think I might do New Year's in London and Alex is DJing in Devon," she added.
Meanwhile, Nicola is home to test her presenting skills on TV3's Xpose this week. The blonde was on the show last night and will be returning tonight and tomorrow night.
It has been claimed that some recent guest presenters have not been paid a fee for appearing on the showbiz programme, but Nicola refused to comment on her arrangement.
However, she did say she would accept a full-time role if she was offered it.
"It would be a great opportunity, but I don't know how I'd feel moving back to Ireland. I could always come back and forth," she said.
"It's great to be able to try it out and add something else to my CV."
Nicola was speaking at a shoot to celebrate tonight's Lotto jackpot being worth an estimated €6m.
