One Direction are set to play three dates in Dublin this weekend, and Niall Horan can't wait to get back on home soil.

The Mullingar man (left) hasn't been home since last year, so he's eager to spend time with his family and friends.

The boys have been on tour all year, and no doubt the 22-year-old is looking forward to some home cooking and a kickabout with his pals.

"Haven't been home since Christmas so I'm looking forward to getting home this week to see the family and the lads," he said.

"Need a good night's sleep, the voice is starting to struggle with all these back-to-back shows," he said.
